CPD Programme
Welcome to the CPD Programme of the Future Women project. The programme is dedicated to all career counsellors who are eager to develop and grow in the new professional reality of the STEM careers.
The CPD Programme encompasses new methods and techniques to better support female students in pursuing careers in the digital economy. Designed from actual training needs and context of the professionals, the CDP programme will offer tailored practical resources, to ensure that career counsellors have the confidence and are equipped to better guide female students.
The Programme contains the following units:
- Career Counselling for the Digital Economy and STEM Careers
- Integrating Academic and Career Development
- Gender Issues and Career Planning
- New Career Methods and Techniques
- Social Media in Career Guidance.
You can advance at your own pace and go through the modules in any order. The CPD Programme contains interactive activities that enable you to test your knowledge, as well as small exercises intended to spark self-reflection.
